Adobe AEM Forms
Led the design to simplify the process for requesting condo board meetings and centralizing information in one location.
Challenges: I encountered technical issues with embedding on WordPress, including double scrolling on long pages and improper form layout. Users reported difficulties with navigation and understanding the content.
Outcome: The pilot achieved a 60% user acceptance rating and 3 key improvements needed to reach target approval rating KPI.
Finalized UI Design that was shared with the external vendor with the design requirements
Implemented design on the CAO Website
Updates
Currently, the product is being updated to achieve KPIs with the following work:
Engaged external vendor to remedy the double scroll and make the iframe responsive to the varying form size
Updating visual elements that appeared low fidelity like the icon buttons by inserting images as svgs instead of pngs
Condo Returns
Designing an improved user journey for condo returns process, a required report for all condominiums in Ontario.
Progress:

Developing POCs in React for the CAT
Using React components to create a proof-of-concept design for a linear stepper and the associated validations.
Project Overview: The goal of this project was to enhance navigation through a long-form application by incorporating an interactive stepper. Our objective as the UX team was to facilitate user movement through the form while preserving its linear flow and addressing technical constraints.
Challenges: We faced initial resistance due to confusion about the stepper's functionality and concerns over complex cross-page validations. This misunderstanding led to hesitation from the development team, who were worried about the feasibility of implementing the solution.
